6connect Drives in Creating a New Organization to Lead Best Current Operational Practices for the NANOG Community

Wanting to kick-start the effort from within the NANOG community, our goal was to coalesce a group of large network operators who could author BCOP’s not only for IPv6 transitions, but for the evolving landscape of IP management in general. The meeting held in Philadelphia for this year’s NANOG 53 was a lively engagement of real-world, tactical knowledge from some of the leading experts in our field. 6connect will soon be announcing a vendor-neutral, interactive website to host BCOP content.
